Hi all! I have returned to my homeland after having been in England for just over a fortnight. I actually got back on Sunday, but between getting back into the swing of things at work AND having a grading on Tuesday night for my Red Belt in Taekwondo, I've not had the chance to check in until now.
So, it's good to be home! There will be photographic evidence of my most recent baking project tomorrow: I made a cake for my dearest friend's birthday, and it's epic....
